At VidFlix, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for our software script, licenses, and related services.

1. Overview

VidFlix OTT CMS and streaming solution for movies, TV series, and live TV. Once a license is issued or source code is delivered, the product cannot be returned, and therefore, refunds are generally not available, except in specific, verified cases outlined below.

We strongly encourage you to review all product details, demos, and documentation before purchasing.

Subscription Payments

  • All subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
  • Because our services are digital, we generally do not offer refunds for unused time, partial months, or unused features.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following limited cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: You were charged twice for the same order by mistake.
  • Technical Issue (Our Fault): A verified technical problem in the VidFlix script that prevents installation or core functionality, and our team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe after you provide access and cooperation.
  • Accidental Charge: You were charged after a cancelled order or due to a billing error.

Note: Refunds are not issued for issues caused by incorrect installation, third-party server configuration, or modifications made by the user.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You purchased the wrong product or license.
  • You encountered an issue that is resolvable through support, but you did not cooperate or respond.
  • You requested a refund after downloading, accessing, or installing the product.
  • You used the software to create restricted or prohibited content (e.g., adult/pornographic platforms).
  • You violated our Terms & Conditions, leading to suspension or termination.

Because the software and source code are digital and downloadable, ownership cannot be revoked once delivered.
